I. General information.

  1. This Privacy policy contains detailed information on the protection of personal data and privacy of users of the website www.prawni.pro (hereafter: the Website), including the rules on the storage of and access to information using cookies.

  3. The Website does not automatically collect any information other than that contained in cookies. The Website collects information on users and their behaviour in the following manner:
  • as information voluntarily entered in the forms;
  • as cookies placed on users’ devices;
  • as weblogs collected by the hosting service provider.

II. Information in the forms.

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user.  In order to use a specific form, the user may be required by the Website Operator to provide particular data such as the first name, surname, e-mail address; the Website expressly informs the user of such a requirement.
