Therefore, we assist our Clients at all stages of the investment process, starting from the acquisition of property and a prior assessment of its legal status to the obtaining of the final building approval to guarantee claims. Legal assistance provided in the field of expertise in question includes but is not limited to:

  • preparation of legal audits of property, also of agricultural land and forests, comprising issues such as: the legal status of real estate, threats involved in the purchase and potential investment possibilities in accordance with specific provisions,
  • developing concepts of the creation and release of real securities on real estate as well as designing strategies for legal action connected with third-party claims and rights to properties,
  • preparation of opinions and drawing up of all contracts, including draft notarial deeds, concerning real estate (e.g. property development contracts, prospectuses, conditional preliminary contracts and contracts imposing an obligation to transfer ownership, etc.), long-term contracts of lease (sublease) of business premises and sales space in large shopping centres,
  • representation of the Clients in cases concerning real estate before public administration authorities and courts of law.
